Therapeutic Support for Children, Teens, Adults & Elders

Our work is rooted in the belief that every person’s inner world is a landscape - sometimes tangled, sometimes blooming, always worthy of care. We walk beside you, accompanying you where you are.

4

Children 3+

A playful, gentle space where young children can express themselves through imagination, storytelling, movement and art.
We help little ones make sense of big feelings and build emotional language in a safe, grounded environment.

3

Young People

Support for young people navigating identity, pressure, friendships, grief, family dynamics, trauma, abuse and the search for belonging.

We meet teens exactly where they are. Collaborative, validating and always with respect.

2

Adults

Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, abuse, relationship challenges, overwhelm or a quiet sense that something inside needs attention, there is no ‘right’ way to arrive here. Only the willingness to explore.

1

Elders

A space to reflect, process, and honour your experiences carried across decades, we will walk beside you with compassion, curiosity and deep respect for the wisdom you bring.

Our Approach

At Wild Fields Therapy, our approach is relational, collaborative, and tailored to each person we work with. We believe therapy works best when it feels safe, respectful, and responsive to individual needs.
Talking Therapy
We offer confidential talking therapy for adults and young people. The therapeutic relationship is central to our work, offering a non-judgemental place to explore thoughts, feelings, relationships, and life experiences.
Integrative Creative Therapy (Ages 3–19)
For children and young people, therapy may involve more than talking. We use creative and play-based approaches – including art, play, sand tray, storytelling, and other expressive tools – to support communication and emotional understanding.
Dyadic Therapy (Parent-Child Work)
We offer dyadic therapy to support the relationship between children and their parents or caregivers. This work focuses on emotional understanding, behaviour, and attachment, helping to strengthen connection within the family.Across all our work, we prioritise care and collaboration, working in a way that feels manageable and meaningful.

What to Expect

Starting therapy can feel like stepping into unfamiliar terrain.
We aim to make your first steps soft, simple and grounded.

Making Contact and Your First Session

You can contact us using either the form below or email us at therapy@wildfieldstherapy.co.uk

(We aim to respond within 24 hours)

From there we will organise a phone call where we can have a brief discussion about what has led you here and if our service feels right for you. We can then arrange an appointment at a time/day and location that suits you.

Our initial meeting is an opportunity for us to spend time exploring what feels important to you, answering any questions you may have, and what you’re hoping for from therapy. It also enables us to understand your needs in more depth and how we can best support you. You can share as little or as much as feels comfortable.

Sessions

Each session is fifty minutes and usually takes place weekly. Frequency can be discussed and adjusted depending on your requirements.

Therapy is about being in relationship. Relational trust can take time. Many of our wounds come from relationship, and much healing can happen in relationship. With this in mind, we offer both short term and longer-term therapy sessions. We can discuss and review this during our work together – always led by you.

Session Fees

At Wild Fields we provide low-cost therapy using a sliding scale fee system from £35 per session (all first sessions are £35 where we will discuss ongoing fees).

We believe that financial realities shouldn’t be a barrier to support. Those who have greater financial flexibility support a balanced ecosystem to enable greater access for all. Our system is built on mutual trust and respect. There is always room for an honest conversation – no judgement… simply working together.

As we grow, with the help of funding, community support, and donations, we hope to make therapy even more accessible.
